What if my cleaner is late or doesn’t arrive?
You should never have to deal with uncertainty around your booking experience, and we apologize for the lapse in service. If your cleaner is running late, please give them 30 minutes to arrive, as they may be stuck in traffic.

We will work to make it right by sending another cleaner as soon as we can.
